Our journey began with a simple but ambitious goal, to build a shrimp farm that empower struggling rural communities while delivering premium seafood to the world.

As demand grew, so did our vision. We realized that true impact goes beyond farming, it requires a strong supply chain to connect farmers, fishermen, and businesses. That’s when KODANG Fresh Food Supplier was born, our trading arm, dedicated to sourcing, processing, and supplying high-quality seafood to local and international markets.

Our StORY

PT Jalesveva Jaya Muda (JJM): Our Foundation

Our journey began in 2021, in Batuhideung, Pandeglang, a remote village full of potential but lacking opportunity. While others saw isolation, we saw possibility. With no infrastructure in place, we built a shrimp farm from the ground up, overcoming challenges to create jobs and economic stability for the local community.

Jalesveva Jaya Muda (JJM) is the legal entity and the driving force behind all of our operations. The name is inspired by the Sanskrit phrase "Jalesveva Jaya Mahe" which means "In the sea, we are victorious." As young entrepreneurs, we embrace this spirit. By replacing Mahe with Muda, meaning young, we symbolize a new generation driving innovation and sustainable growth in the seafood industry.

KODANG: Expanding Our Vision

As demand for our premium shrimp grew, we realized we could do more. This led to the creation of KODANG Fresh Food Supplier, our trading and distribution arm under JJM dedicated to sourcing and delivering fresh, responsibly harvested seafood to businesses across Indonesia and beyond. By partnering with local farmers, fishermen, and manufacturers, we have built a sustainable and fair trade supply chain that uplifts communities. While JJM remains the foundation and legal entity, KODANG is the brand that represents our commitment to quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.

But our story is about more than just seafood. It is about people. In Batuhideung, we have not only created stable jobs but also improved infrastructure and provided access to clean water. Every product we deliver carries the story of a community empowered to thrive.
